I am Irene Rodriguez Manieri the owner/founder/operator behind Veg on Board. Veg on Board Charcuterie Boards, Custom Cakes and Desserts combines art with food for all occasions.

When I transitioned to a vegan lifestyle i

n 2017, it opened a new passion for me. It pushed me to creatively remake traditional cultural family dishes as well as explore plant based alternatives for cheese and other favorite foods. I enjoyed making charcuterie boards before I was vegan, and when they became popular, I noticed there was a huge gap in vegan options. I began sourcing high quality artisanal vegan cheeses and ingredients which made all the difference.

Being vegan does not mean sacrificing flavor or variety, it just means choosing compassion. Beautiful, indulgent food can be entirely plant based and delicious.

As Veg on Board evolved, I expanded my offerings to include catering options such as party-size hero sandwiches, salads, wraps, and Fruit/Vegetable Arrangements.

I added in my love for baking and cake design as well- and now specialize in custom vegan cakes and desserts for weddings and celebrations of all kinds.

Whether you’re vegan, have dietary restrictions, or just appreciate good food, my goal is to offer something that’s plant based and can be enjoyed by everyone.

I've catered for various celebrations from Weddings, Bridal Showers, Birthdays, Baby Showers, Anniversaries. and more. It warms my heart and I am honored that I get to be a small part of so many memories and beautiful celebrations.

Food serves as my artistic medium, and the ability to blend food and art for such meaningful occasions is what truly sets Veg on Board apart.
