  1. How soon can I place my order? At least 48 hrs in advance is recommended and one week in advance for Party Size Heroes.

    For cakes, it’s best to place orders ASAP to ensure availability for your event. Availability also depends on the the style and details required.

    If you need an order less than 48 hrs, please feel free to send a message to vegonboard@gmail.com to check for availability.

  2. I’m allergic to nuts. Do you have non nut based cheeses? Yes, I can provide nut free options, as well as gluten free. I do my best to ensure customer safety, but please note that orders are prepared in a commercial kitchen that also processes Wheat, Soy, Peanuts, and Tree Nuts.

  3. Do you make custom boards? Yes! Please send me a message at vegonboard@gmail.com to go over your ideas.

  4. Do you deliver? Yes, there is a fee for delivery to both Suffolk and Nassau County. Free pick up is also available.

  5. What’s your refund policy? There are no refunds for orders canceled less than 72 hours prior to delivery/pick up date. Credit in the amount paid will be transferred towards a future order.

  6. I’m interested in a grazing table.

  7. Are you licensed?

    Yes, absolutely! I’m licensed, food manager certified, insured and work from a commercial kitchen.
