How far in advance should I place my order?
For Charcuterie Boards, at least 48 hour notice is recommended.
Custom cakes for birthdays and events typically require require 2-3 weeks notice, with longer lead times for very detailed designs. Dates are not reserved until payment is received.
For Dessert and Grazing Tables, it’s highly recommended to book tables at least 2 weeks in advance. For rush orders needed in less than 2 weeks, an additional fee may apply.
2. Do you deliver? Yes, delivery is available throughout Suffolk and Nassau county for an additional fee.
3. Do you offer pick up?
Yes, free pick up is available from our commercial kitchen at:

4. What’s your cancellation/refund policy? Because each order is made to order and perishable, all purchases are non refundable. Orders cancelled more than 72 hours before pick up/delivery date may receive a credit toward a future order.
Orders cancelled within 72 hours are not eligible for refunds or credits.
5. I’m interested in a Dessert or Grazing Table.

6. Do you offer Gluten Free and Nut Free options?
Gluten Free and Nut Free options are available by request. While I take great care, please note kitchen is not a certified Gluten and Nut free facility.
