Bringing the flavor of the islands to you. Queso Blanco (White cheese) and guava has long been a staple appetizer for Puerto Ricans. It's even better when it's vegan! This tropical board includes vegan Queso Blanco, Cheddar Guava paste, 1 vegan meat, Housemade Coquito Dip, pineapple, coconut, quenepas (will be replaced with another fruit if it’s not in season) , mangos, strawberries, blueberries, Spanish olives and guava/coconut candy chews, then garnished with edible Hibiscus flowers- the national flower of Puerto Rico. Quenepas are in season Spring through fall, so they may be interchanged with other fruits according to availability.

Orders are prepared in a commercial kitchen that also processes soy, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts.
