Custom Vegan & Gluten-Free Bridal Shower Cookies on Long Island
One of my my favorite parts about making custom desserts for weddings and bridal showers is getting to create those little details that make them feel personal.
These custom cookies were made for a butterfly themed bridal shower and everything was vegan and gluten free. Making allergy friendly desserts that still feel elegant and fun is very important to me.
The designs included:
- Wedding dress cookies with white shimmer detail
- Tuxedo cookies with black royal icing and bow tie
- Engagement ring cookies with gold detail and florals in pastel pink, blue and yellow
- Sideview butterfly favor cookies in themed colors (pink, blue, lavender, yellow & white with floral details) with edible gold detailing

It’s not always easy finding vegan and gluten free sprinkles, pearls, luster dust, and other edible mediums. Sometimes I have to order them from abroad, which can take time and additional costs, and many times when I can’t find a vegan version, I make them myself. But every item is not overlooked - creating and sourcing products that are vegan and allergy friendly is very important not only for those of us who follow a vegan lifestyle, but for the safety of those with allergies. And it also shows that with creativity and careful sourcing, vegan and allergy friendly desserts can be made just as beautiful and decadent as traditional ones.

I love creating desserts that feel beautiful and elevated for milestone celebrations while still being completely vegan.
